Prime minister would have assigned a comity to investigate the responsibility from the minister to the contract department to contractor. People would have known the result of investigation in press. More accident like this would have not happen. Investigation like this could have shown the minister is a crook and so other crooks could have taken notice.

This contractor must be very dear to the minister. And you make you wonder if the minister knew the wood is dry before the contractor start welding or after?
