You did not bring an answer but I think the third guy gave you almost a good answer. If the officials start steeling then the others do the same. For example, when they hear that Jamal Assad accumulated $5 billions, 900 houses and 250 kg of gold as written on Syria-news, the little ones find their ways to catch up. Each system hold values in it, like social system has different values from capital system, however, that does not mean that advocated of each system do really believe what they say and practice what they say. Each system also, puts standards to go by, but some do not put standards so they can get of what ever they want without objections. Most dictators in the third world did not put standards to their claim (social of capital) so, all built huge fortune, them their families and their cooperators. وهو سؤال مشروع جدا تسألون هنا. انت لم يأت جواب ولكن اعتقد الثالثة غي اعطي لكم تقريبا جيدا الاجابه. اذا كان المسؤولون تبدأ التقويه ثم الاخرين ان يحذوا حذونا. فعلى سبيل المثال ، عندما يسمعون ان جمال الاسد تراكم مبلغ 5 مليارات و 900 منزلا و 250 كيلوغراما من الذهب كما هو مكتوب على سوريا - الاخبار ، والقليل منها تجد السبل للحاق بها. يعقد كل نظام القيم فيه ، مثل نظام اجتماعي له قيم مختلفة من النظام الرأسمالي ، ولكن هذا لا يعني ان كل نظام ينادي هل حقا أن نصدق ما يقولون وممارسة ما يقولون. كل نظام كما يضع معايير نتبعه ، ولكن البعض لا يضع معايير لتتمكن من الحصول على ما يريدون ابدا دون اعتراضات. اكثر الطغاه في العالم الثالث لم تضع معايير لمطالبتهم (رأس المال الاجتماعي) ، فإن جميع بني ثروه هاءله ، ومنهم أسرهم والمتعاونون It is very legitimate question you are asking here.
